ST STEVAL-IFW001V1 Real-time Ethernet slave node demonstration board based on the STR912FAW44 handbook

Update: 29 September, 2023

This is a data brief about the real-time Ethernet slave node demonstration board based on the STR912FAW44. The board features a 32-bit STR912FAW44 microcontroller with an ARM966E-S™ core running at 96 MHz. It has two fast E-STE101P Ethernet transceivers that support full duplex communication, with available boot configuration settings and up to 32 selectable MII addresses. The board also includes RJ45 connectors with embedded LEDs. There are two 50-pin header connectors for connecting different on-hook extensions with real-time IP, including three MIIs, EMI, UART, I2C, SPI, external interrupts, 1.8 V, 3.3 V, and GND pins. The board has connectors for interfacing with industrial I/O cards such as CAN, AC MC, CLT/PCLT, and HSD or SPI HSD. Power supply is provided by the L5973AD DC-DC converter and the LF18 for the core supply. Other features include a JTAG debug interface connector, a 6 V to 30 V DC power supply voltage range, one reset button, one general-purpose button, and two general-purpose LEDs.
