ST STA5630 handbook

The STA5630 is a fully integrated RF front-end with a low noise amplifier (LNA) for low power GPS applications. It operates on a 1.8V supply voltage and is compliant with GPS and Galileo standards. The chip uses CMOS 65nm technology and features a 3-bit A/D converter and serial interface. It is suitable for automotive, cellular, and consumer battery powered applications.
