ST STTH5BCF060 handbook

STTH5BCF060 is a 600V high voltage freewheel rectifier from ST for BC2 topology. It features an optimized freewheel diode designed specifically for the dedicated BC2 topology, resulting in the best possible efficiency with a P-N optimized structured diode. As a result, SMPS efficiency growths up to 2.5% can be produced compared with standard ultrafast 600V P-N diode.
