ST STTH8BC060 handbook

The STTH8BC060 is a 600V high voltage rectifier from STMicroelectronics. It is designed for use in continuous mode power factor correction working in the BC2 topology. It has an optimized P-N junction structure that provides the best possible efficiency. Compared to standard ultrafast 600V P-N diodes, it can provide up to 2.5% efficiency improvement.
