FAIRCHILD FAN3122T handbook

The FAN3121/FAN3122 is a single 9A high-speed, low-side gate driver from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It has an industry-standard pinout with an enable input, a operating range of 4.5 to 18V, a peak sink of 11.4A at VDD = 12V, and a sink/source of 9.7A/7.1A at VOUT = 6V. It can be used in non-inverting and inverting configurations.
