FAN3278 is a 30V PMOS-NMOS bridge driver, suitable for motor control or buck step-down applications. It has an optimum operating range of 8V to 27V and drives high-side PMOS and low-side NMOS. The output drive voltage magnitude is limited to <13V and biases each load device off with a 100kΩ resistor when VDD is below the operating level. It has low-voltage TTL input thresholds and internal resistors that hold the driver off when no inputs are present. It is suitable for motor control, buck converters, and logic-controlled load circuits.
