ANALOG DEVICES AD9639 handbook

AD9639 Rev. A is a four-channel 12-bit 170 MSPS/210 MSPS serial output 1.8 V ADC launched by Analog Devices. It has the following features: 4 ADCs are packaged in one chip, support JEDEC204 coded serial digital output, integrated temperature sensor, -95 dB channel-to-channel crosstalk, SNR is 65 dBFS, SFDR is 77 dBc, the linearity is very high, DNL is ±0.28 LSB, INL is ±0.7 LSB, full power analog bandwidth is 780 MHz, power consumption is 325 mW, supply voltage is 1.8 V, support clock duty cycle stabilizer, serial port interface function, power-down mode, digital test pattern enable, programmable header, programmable pin functions (PGMx, PDWN).
