ANALOG DEVICES TEST AND INSTRUMENTATION ICs

This document describes the ability of an ADC driver to provide fast slew rates for time domain-focused instrumentation applications. It also introduces the features of the ADA4960 ultrawideband ADC driver/differential amplifier, including its ability to drive 8-bit and 10-bit gigasample flash ADCs, support bandwidths up to 1 GHz, excellent slew rates, and low noise.
