The FL103M is a LED lighting controller produced by Fairchild Semiconductor. It supports an input voltage range of 85-265VAC and a maximum output power of 8.4W. The output voltage is 24V (0.35A). The device has constant-voltage (CV) and constant-current (CC) control without secondary feedback circuitry. It achieves low EMI through frequency hopping. It consumes low power in standby mode and has over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, over-current protection, and over-temperature protection.
