This document is a user guide for the FL7732 reference design, which describes the features and applications of the FL7732. The FL7732 is an LED switch mode power supply module with an input voltage range of 90-265VAC, output power of 16.8W, output voltage of 24V, and rated current of 0.7A. The module offers a cost-effective solution without the need for input bulk capacitors or feedback circuitry, power factor correction (PFC), accurate constant-current (CC) control, linear frequency control to improve efficiency and simplify design. The constant current regulation is within ±2.38% for output voltage change (11~28V) and within ±2.79% for line voltage change (90~265VAC). It also provides output-open and short-circuit protection with auto restart. The system efficiency can reach up to 89% with power factor (PF) greater than 0.90 and total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 20% at nominal voltages.
