This document is an instruction manual for the Flat Surface Stem Dial Thermometer Model 392052. It provides specifications and instructions for use of the product. The thermometer features a 2000 count liquid crystal display, selectable units of oC/oF, a measurement range of -58 to 572oF (-50 to 300oC), a resolution of 0.1o to 199.9o and 1o > 199.9o, and an accuracy of ±1.8oF (1oC) from –22 to 452oF (-30 to 250oC) and ±4oF (2oC) outside this range. The sensor has a length of 5 inches (130mm) and a tip diameter of 0.57 inches (14.5mm), made of stainless steel. The thermometer has an auto-off function and operates in temperatures of 14 to 122oF (-10 to 50oC).
