FAIRCHILD FSTD16861 20-Bit Bus Switch with Level Shifting handbook

The FSTD16861 is a product that provides 20 bits of high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switching with level shifting capabilities. It has a low On Resistance, allowing inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay or generating additional ground bounce noise. The device also includes a diode to VCC for level shifting between 5V inputs and 3.3V outputs. It can be used as a 10-bit or 20-bit bus switch.
