The FSEZ1016A is a primary-side regulation PWM integrated power MOSFET with constant-voltage (CV) and constant-current (CC) control capabilities without the need for secondary-feedback circuitry. It utilizes Fairchild's TRUECURRENT technique to achieve accurate constant current control. It reduces EMI by reducing the frequency and hopping the frequency at light load. It has low startup current and low operating current. It supports peak-current-mode control and cycle-by-cycle current limiting in CV mode. It also has over-temperature protection, brownout protection, over-voltage protection, and under-voltage lockout. It is suitable for applications such as battery chargers for cellular phones, cordless phones, PDAs, digital cameras, power tools, etc.
