The FSEZ1216B is a PWM integrated power MOSFET from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation that features CV and CC control, low startup current, low operating current, peak current mode control, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, VDD over-voltage protection, VDD under-voltage lockout, fixed over-temperature protection, and is available in a DIP-8 package. It is best suited for battery charger applications for cellular phones, cordless phones, PDAs, digital cameras, and power tools.
