The 74LVTH125 is a low voltage quad buffer with 3-STATE outputs. It is designed for input and output interface capability to systems at 5V VCC. The product features bushold data inputs, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs. Live insertion/extraction is permitted, and the power up/down high impedance provides glitch-free bus loading. The outputs can source/sink -32mA/+64mA. The LVTH125 is functionally compatible with the 74 series 125 and has a latch-up performance exceeding 500mA. It also has excellent ESD performance, with a human-body model > 2000V, machine model > 200V, and charged-device model > 1000V. The LVTH125 is fabricated with advanced BiCMOS technology to achieve high speed operation similar to 5V ABT while maintaining low power dissipation.
