This application note introduces Fairchild's Motion-SPM Smart Power Module in Mini-DIP, a highly compact switch-mode power module with low power consumption and high reliability. It features low on-resistance power MOSFETs, an integrated high-voltage MOSFET switch and driver circuit. This makes it ideal for use in inverters, DC/DC converters and other power electronic applications.
