MOC3081M, MOC3082M, MOC3083M are 6-pin zero-cross optoisolators with triac driver output (800 volt peak). They simplify the logic control of 240VAC power and have zero voltage crossing capability. The dv/dt is typically 1500V/µs and guaranteed to be 600V/µs. They are compatible with Fairchild's FKPF12N80 discrete power triac. These devices are designed for use in various applications such as solenoid/valve controls, lighting controls, static power switches, AC motor drives, temperature controls, E.M. contactors, AC motor starters, and solid state relays.
