MOC215M, MOC216M, MOC217M are small outline surface mount phototransistor optocouplers. They are U.L. recognized and VDE recognized, featuring a convenient plastic SOIC-8 surface mountable package style, suitable for high density applications. They require low LED input current for easier logic interfacing and have high input-output isolation of 2500 VAC(rms). These optocouplers are used in low power logic circuits, interfacing and coupling systems of different potentials and impedances, telecommunications equipment, and portable electronics.
