This document describes the features and characteristics of TMS27C210A and TMS27PC210A, which are 65536x16-bit UV erasable and programmable read-only memories. They support a single 5V power supply and are operationally compatible with existing megabit EPROMs. They come in various packages and have TTL compatible inputs/outputs. They feature high-speed SNAP! pulse programming and power-saving CMOS technology. The output buffers are 3-state. No pullup resistors are required. They have low power dissipation and optional temperature range options.
