FAIRCHILD FDMF6708N Manual

FDMF6708N is an extra-small, high-performance, high-frequency DrMOS module. It features a compact 6x6mm PQFN package and fully optimized system efficiency, with the ability to handle high currents and provide clean switching waveforms with minimal ringing. The module utilizes Fairchild PowerTrench® Technology MOSFETs and Fairchild SyncFET™ Technology, with adaptive gate drive timing and under-voltage lockout functionality. It is optimized for switching frequencies up to 1MHz, has a low-profile SMD package, and is RoHS compliant.
