FAIRCHILD FDC6324L Integrated Load Switch handbook

This document describes the features and absolute operating range of the FDC6324L integrated load switch. It is produced using Fairchild's proprietary high cell density DMOS technology, which provides extremely low on-resistance and superior switching performance. It is particularly suited for low voltage high side load switch applications where low conduction loss and ease of driving are required.
