FAIRCHILD FDC6329L Integrated Load Switch handbook

The FDC6329L integrated load switch is a compact power management device for portable electronic equipment that requires an input voltage range of 2.5V to 8V and an output current capability of 2.5A. This load switch integrates a small N-channel power MOSFET (Q1) which drives a large P-channel power MOSFET (Q2) in one tiny SuperSOTTM-6 package.
