FAIRCHILD FSQ100 handbook

The FSQ100 is a green mode power switch from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It features a precise fixed operating frequency, burst-mode operation, internal startup circuit, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, over-voltage protection, overload protection, internal thermal shutdown function, auto-restart mode, under-voltage lockout with hysteresis, built-in soft-start, and secondary-side regulation.
