FAIRCHILD FSQ211 Green Mode Fairchild Power Switch (FPSTM) handbook

The FSQ211 is a green mode Fairchild power switch with features including internal avalanche-rugged SenseFET, precision fixed operating frequency, burst-mode operation, internal start-up circuit, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, overload protection, internal thermal shutdown function, auto-restart mode, under-voltage lockout with hysteresis, built-in soft-start, and secondary-side regulation.
