FAIRCHILD FDD3680 Manual

This document introduces the FDD3680 N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET, which is designed specifically to improve the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters. It features faster switching speed and lower gate charge than other MOSFETs with comparable RDS(ON) specifications, making it easier and safer to drive (even at very high frequencies). By using this MOSFET, DC/DC power supply designs with higher overall efficiency can be achieved.
