Ecoflex 15 is a 50-ohm coaxial cable for the frequency range DC-6 GHz. This cable combines the excellent attenuation values of inflexible 1/2'' cables with massive inner conductors with the well-known good flexibility of RG coaxial cables with Litz inner conductors. Modern production methods and the use of a low-loss PE-LLC dielectric set new standards in this cable class. The result is a highly flexible and very low-loss coaxial cable for demanding applications in telecommunications and signal processing. An EMI-compliant shielding attenuation of >90 dB / 1 GHz is achieved by a double shielding with overlapping copper foil and overlying copper braid. The foil is PE-coated and thus protected against cracks at too small a bending radius.
