This document is the instruction manual for HI 93719 Magnesium Hardness ISM instrument. The instrument is in compliance with CE directives and has a warranty period of two years. The manual describes the design, construction, appearance, and intended purpose of the instrument. The warranty covers free repair or replacement. Damages due to accident, misuse, tampering, or lack of prescribed maintenance are not covered. If service is required, the dealer from whom the instrument was purchased should be contacted. If within the warranty period, the model number, date of purchase, serial number, and nature of the failure should be reported. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, the incurred charges will be notified. If the instrument needs to be returned to Hanna Instruments, a Returned Goods Authorization Number should be obtained from the Customer Service department and the shipment costs should be prepaid. To validate the warranty, the enclosed warranty card should be filled out and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. All rights are reserved.
