MAXIM MAX1034/MAX1035 handbook

MAX1034/MAX1035 is a multi-range, low-power, 14-bit successive approximation type analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It operates on a single +5V power supply and has a conversion rate of up to 115ksps. It features an independent digital supply and can be connected to systems with voltages ranging from 2.7V to 5.25V through a SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial interface. It also has local shutdown mode and full shutdown mode to achieve low power consumption. MAX1034 provides 8 channels (single-ended) or 4 channels (differential) analog input, while MAX1035 has 4 channels (single-ended) or 2 channels (differential) analog input. Each analog input channel can be programmed independently through software to set different input ranges. It is available in a TSSOP package and operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
