RICOH R1131N SERIES Manual

The R1131N Series is a CMOS-based LDO regulator with a 300mA output. The input voltage (VIN) can go as low as 1.4V and the output voltage can be set as low as 0.8V. The CE pin allows the regulator to switch into standby mode. Ceramic capacitors can be used. Features include low supply current, low standby current, low dropout voltage, and good ripple rejection.
