RICOH RP201x SERIES handbook

The RP201x Series is a series of CMOS-based voltage regulator ICs with high output voltage accuracy, low dropout voltage, and low supply current. The series includes three modes: standby mode, fast response mode, and fast and low power auto-change mode. It also features a current limit circuit for overcurrent protection and an auto ECO mode for reduced supply current at light load. The ICs are available in SOT-23-5, SC-88A, thin DFN(PLP)1212-6, and WLCSP-4-P5 packages, allowing for high-density mounting. The series offers low power consumption and high ripple rejection.
