Captiva NDLipids is a convenient and easy-to-use 96-well filtration plate specifically designed for the removal of dissolved lipids and phospholipids from biological fluids. The plasma filtrate obtained with Captiva NDLipids is almost free of endogenous interfering substances, including lipids, proteins, and surfactants. This significantly reduces ion suppression, resulting in improved sensitivity and method precision for trace analysis. By removing lipids, better peak shapes and reproducible retention times are achieved, simplifying method validation. In addition, the rapid in-well precipitation technology of Captiva NDLipids allows for high sample throughput.
