Agilent German version - Cary 610/620 Series FTIR Microscopes Imaging Systems brochure Manual

Update: 28 September, 2023

Agilent Cary 610/620 Ftir microscopes are among the most powerful and versatile FTIR microscopes and spectrochemical imaging systems on the market. They are used in conjunction with the world's best FTIR devices - the Agilent Cary 600 Ftir series. Cary 610/620 are suitable for research in areas such as polymer/material testing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals, and forensics. The Agilent Cary 610/620 Ftir microscopes offer outstanding sensitivity with high spectral and spatial resolution, resulting in shorter measurement time and significantly higher productivity. The systems feature versatile and user-friendly software for performing all microscopic and imaging applications. They allow measurements in the micrometer to meter range with the Agilent microscope objective for large samples. Various measurement modes are available, including transmission, reflection, attenuated total reflection (ATR), and grazing incidence angle. ATR micro and macro imaging expand imaging measurements while reducing sample preparation time and improving spatial resolution. View-through apertures enable the viewing of the entire sample and facilitate the quick selection of a relevant image area for measurement. The Cary 610 can be expanded to the Cary 620 to meet changing requirements of new applications.
