Agilent New Hybridization Chamber Concept from Agilent Manual
Update: 29 September, 2023
This article introduces a new hybridization apparatus and method that improves the hybridization quality, consistency, and ease of use of the existing system. The apparatus improves hybridization quality by providing a hybridization chamber made from inert materials that enable easy hybridization buffer mixing. Consistency is improved through material quality and high-quality manufacturing. Finally, ease-of-use is enhanced through protocols that utilize standard lab equipment and a straightforward hybridization chamber assembly. The apparatus has been validated for use with Agilent's in-situ synthesized oligonucleotide microarrays and exhibits equivalent or superior experimental performance compared to Agilent's current standard hybridization method.
