The Agilent 1200 Series RRLC system is designed for conventional LC with long columns of large internal diameter as well as for ultra-fast or rapid resolution LC with narrow bore column of about 2.1 mm id. Using a 600 bar, 2-position/6-port valve provides for switching between optimized conditions for both types of analysis.
