This document provides a technical overview of Agilent PL aquagel-OH 40 8 µm columns, which are suitable for determining the molecular weight distributions of water-soluble polymers and for separating oligomers and small molecules. These columns have an extremely hydrophilic and neutral surface, allowing for high-performance analysis of analytes with neutral, ionic, and hydrophobic moieties. The PL aquagel-OH 40 8 µm high-performance columns are ideal for medium molecular weight separations, offering high pore volume and high column efficiency.
