This document introduces the simple calibration method of Agilent OligoPore columns. OligoPore columns utilize an innovative medium that exhibits significantly increased pore volumes compared to conventional low pore size columns, resulting in higher resolution in the oligomeric region. OligoPore columns are specifically designed for the analysis and fingerprinting of oligomeric distributions. The composition of Agilent PMMA and PS molecular weight standards and how to characterize the low molecular weight region of OligoPore calibration through calibration are also described in this document.
