Agilent The OneNMR Probe for Metabolomics Manual

This document introduces the advantages of Varian OneNMR™ probe, including excellent lineshape performance, superior B1 field homogeneity and outstanding salt tolerance. The probe uses a solvent suppression technique called “Presaturation Utilizing Relaxation Gradients”, or PURGE, which has very efficient and robust solvent suppression effects, excellent frequency selectivity, and no baseline perturbations outside of the suppression window.
