Agilent NMR System BioPack: ASCOM Manual

This document introduces a fast method for acquiring 2D and 3D data called Automatic Spectral Compression (ASCOM). ASCOM can use standard data processing methods to achieve very rapid acquisition of 2D and 3D data without losing information. This can improve 2D data by 2-5 times and 3D data by 4-25 times. This capability is standard in BioPack for experiments run on an Agilent NMR system.
