The biochemical analysis software for Agilent ChemStation adds single cell kinetics, multicell kinetics and thermal denaturation (DNA melt) capabilities to the general purpose software. It features time-based measurements, acquisition of full or partial spectra, parallel measurements using multicell transport, user-defined positions for blank and sample cells, online trace monitoring and spectra monitoring, data extraction from time-based spectra, four rate calculation types, interactive processing of time traces, export of time traces and rate data as CSV and DIF files, instrument control and data acquisition for temperature-based measurements with defined ramp and multiple start, step, and end temperatures.
