The Agilent ChemStation for UV-visible spectroscopy provides instrument control, data acquisition, and data evaluation for the Agilent 8453 and HP 8452 diode-array UV-visible spectrophotometers. The software is compatible with Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It includes general purpose software, advanced software, biochemical analysis software, dissolution testing UV-visible ChemStation software (supports Agilent 8453 only), and a security pack. The general purpose software allows measurement of absorbance at up to six wavelengths simultaneously, measurement of spectra and automatic peak/valley detection.
