The document provides an overview of the design and performance specifications of the Agilent Cary 100/300 Series UV-Vis spectrophotometers. The series features a double beam, dual chopper, ratio recording, Czerny-Turner 0.278 m monochromator structure centrally controlled by a computer. It has a high light throughput optical system with all reflective optical design and high-speed accurate scanning capabilities.
