The Agilent 5600LS AFM is a high-resolution large stage AFM optimized for maximum versatility. It features a fully addressable and programmable 200 mm x 200 mm stage, allowing high resolution imaging of small sample areas using an AFM or STM scanner. The AFM design ensures low noise (.05 nm) and guarantees single atomic steps. Motorized optical zoom and focus provide excellent ease of use. Accurate location mapping (400 nm precision) ensures reproducibility. The 5600LS is ideal for imaging large samples in air or smaller samples in air, liquid, and under temperature control. It is a perfect tool for nanotechnology applications in semiconductor, materials science, and life science studies.
