The detector is easy to use and provides quantitative data and fluorescence spectra from a single run. Simultaneous multi-wavelength detection improves sensitivity and selectivity. You can use the online spectral information for rapid method optimization and verification of separation quality. The detector also supports high-speed UV detection with up to 74 Hz data rates, which keeps pace with the analysis speed of fast LC.
