The Agilent 1260 Infinity Preparative Autosampler is designed for preparative liquid chromatography. It allows injection of sample volumes from µL to mL ranges from vials. It can be upgraded from non-thermostatted to thermostatted version by adding the Agilent 1290 Infinity Thermostat. Features include: flow rates up to 100 mL/min at 400 bar, injection volume range from 10-900 µL (options up to 5 mL are available), flexible and convenient sample handling with different types of sample containers (2-mL and 6-mL vials), and Peltier temperature control from 4 to 40 °C for up to 100 2-mL vials containing thermally-labile samples (upgrade from non-thermostatted to thermostatted version possible).
