Agilent Hi-Plex Ligand Exchange Columns Data Sheet

This document provides information about the usage and maintenance of Agilent Hi-Plex Ligand Exchange columns. High purity and degassed mobile phases are required. Mobile phases with up to 5% alcohol or 30% acetonitrile can be used. Sample preparation involves filtration and removal of protein, lipid, and other biological contaminants. Regular column efficiency testing is recommended.
