Agilent Leak Detection Manual

This document introduces Varian’s series of high-performance gas leak detection instruments, including the 959 Leak Detector and the VS Series Leak Detector. These instruments feature high vacuum, fast start-up, external wet or dry pumps, and can perform vacuum testing at high inlet pressures (up to 1 torr) to shorten the test time. In addition, the instruments also have automatic protection functions to prevent test port overpressure, power failures and operator errors.
