COP404C ROMless CMOS Microcontrollers is a product of National Semiconductor Corporation. It is an accurate emulation of the COP444C, COP424C and COP410C. The product has the lowest power consumption, static, power-saving IDLE state and HALT mode, 4 ms instruction time, 128c4 RAM, 2k c 8 ROM address, true vector interrupt, three-level subroutine stack and single-thread function.
