ADC0820 is a 8-bit high precision A/D converter with track/hold function produced by Microchip Technology. It uses a half-flash conversion technique and offers a 1.5µs conversion time and dissipates only 75mW of power. The ADC0820 has a built-in track-and-hold function and does not require an external sample-and-hold circuit. It can be used as a memory location or I/O port for easy interface with a microprocessor.
