Agilent SPE Method for Anabolic Steroids

This document describes the solid phase extraction method for anabolic steroids using the AccuBOND II ODS (C18) 6 mL/500 mg cartridge. The sample is processed by adding methanol and water, followed by adsorption, elution, and concentration using vacuum. The residue is dissolved and injected into a gas chromatograph for analysis.
