Agilent Purity check of a synthetic alpha-homo polylysine preparation

This document introduces a method for detecting the purity of synthetic �-homo polylysine (250) using capillary electrophoresis. Experimental results show that the purity of synthetic �-homo polylysine (250) in 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 2.0) solution is greater than 99.7%.
